Meadow Robotics launches the final sprint

Dear Companists,

We would like to welcome our new investors and thank them for their confidence in our idea. We are pleased that we were able to arouse lively interest again with the past weeks. Today is the penultimate update in our campaign, which expires on Friday August 31, and everything is about sales and the milestones after the campaign.

Pilot phase as a strong sales channel

With the launch of the campaign in April, the topic of direct sales has gained considerable momentum. With the growing awareness and the intensification in customer contact, we have received a lot of positive feedback and inquiries from golf courses throughout Germany and German-speaking countries in the last six months.

We met with representatives of various regional greenkeeper associations and were confirmed in our statements that the topic of automation is currently finding its way into every golf club. With pleasure we have already accepted some invitations to present our system at your conferences in autumn and spring. The Golf Management Association, GMVD, is also in favour of a cooperation and is happy to support us as an interface to the golf course managers.

Meanwhile our pilots are on their way and the first leading golf clubs in Germany are already eagerly waiting to see our system demonstrated to one of our partner clubs. We are therefore using our pilot phase not only to test the collection system, but also actively to acquire new customers. Thus we offer all interested parties the opportunity to see the system live before the official sales launch next year and to convince themselves. The experiences of the greenkeepers at our partner clubs also strengthen our position here.

We are also proud of the many discussions we have had in recent months with managers and club owners in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Bavaria, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Hamburg. In addition to the opportunity to present our products, we have also received important tips and opportunities for market entry through our usual open discussions.

We believe that autonomous robotics will become increasingly important in the golf sector in the coming years and thanks to the immense confirmation from the golf courses, we are well prepared for this with our collection system.

Cooperation with the trading partners we have selected is also beginning to bear fruit. Thanks to our strong network and close cooperation with golf courses throughout Germany, many feedback from our dealers about conversion projects will be received in the current 2018/2019 season, and our first order in other EU countries could be placed through our dealers as early as next year. We have already held project discussions with a top foreign club. Due to the size of the practice area, two devices were expressed interest in the planning.

Strengthened by feedback from interested parties, partner clubs and dealers, this year we are taking the step out of the pilot phase, into series production and the official sales launch.

On August 31st at midnight our campaign on Companisto expires. Until then, take the opportunity to participate in the growth market of robotics and benefit from the full potential of the Range Robot.

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
