Companists help to see better by playing

Dear Companists,

with your energetic help in the final sprint we have now made it over the investment threshold! Many thanks for that!

In addition to the online marketing measures we are planning, there is of course the world out there, on our doorstep. And although we are already busy on the phone and generating new medical practices, we can of course not be on site everywhere at the same time. But that's what the power of the crowd is for!

Many for one goal

A Companist had the great idea that if you can support us not only through your investment, but also concretely in everyday life: Perhaps there is a child with amblyopia in your circle of friends or acquaintances? Tell the parents about Caterna! Has a child recently started wearing eye patches in the play circle or at the day care centre? The parents are certainly looking forward to a sensitive conversation and a tip among "like-minded people". And maybe you and your children can make sure that this child keeps the fun of therapy by not being annoyed by others.

He gives so many opportunities

All your parents know how often you talk to other parents: In the playground, at school, in the park, among friends. But the next visit to the pediatrician is also a good idea: Often parents don't even know that there is amblyopia or Caterna. One of our colleagues, for example, always takes flyers with her to her pediatrician, who can display them in the waiting room. It doesn't cost anything to ask. You could also ask your day care centre to display flyers from Caterna to enable the children to receive therapy as quickly as possible.

You want to join?

If you want to support us, we would be happy to send you some flyers. We have a wide range of information material from postcards to handy patient brochures. Tell us briefly what you want to do with it, then we will put together a suitable selection and they will be on their way to you! Just send us an email with your address and an approximate number of flyers to investor-relations@caterna.de , call us or check our website!

Help us tell everyone about Caterna! Let's use the power of the crowd!

Many greetings

Michael Scherrer

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
