Meadow Robotics in the final spurt! Upcoming Discussions with Industry Leaders

Public

Hello dear Companists,

Last week's update has once again attracted a lot of attention. You asked us all kinds of questions in new comments and direct emails. In the final spurt and last update, we hope to be able to mobilize all those who are still undecided. Convince yourself of our idea and our team and become a part of Meadow Robotics.

New opportunities for cooperation with industry leaders

We have already told you that our Range Robot System has been well received by the golf clubs. We are now pleased that our system and the technology behind it have also aroused the interest of large companies.
We are looking forward to exciting discussions about cooperation and participation opportunities over the next two weeks and hope to be able to publish news on this soon.

Video recording of the Range Robot System

In this update, we will fulfill the expressed wish to see the system in action. We equipped ourselves with a camera, packed a drone, and drove to Hohenhardter Hof to see how Range Robot works. You will get an insight into the techniques with which the driving range ensures that there are always enough balls for the players. Start (and finish) of the ball cycle is the ball dispenser. From tee-off to the collection and return of the balls by the Range Robot, followed by washing and distribution - we recorded it all for you. We created a great tour through the driving range with this video; we hope you enjoy watching it.

We would like to thank all investors who are already working with us and who back the implementation as part of the Meadow Robotics team. Thanks also to Companisto for their support before and during the campaign.

We hope you will use the last days to secure a place in our team. We continue to do our all to keep our idea on the road to success.

Best greetings from St. Leon-Rot,

Your Meadow Robotics team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
