BE Food Crosses Investment Threshold – Exclusive Tours for Companists

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

In just one week, the BE Food AG campaign has collected more than EUR 150,000 - may it continue like this. As a small thank you, we are offering two guided tours of the Berlin StadtFarm exclusively for Companists this month!

Recording of the video conference on 04.10.2018 is available

Last week, you had the opportunity to ask me many questions - the topics were as diverse as those in the comments on the campaign. From details about the sustainability of the packaging materials in the StadtFarm to the complexity of the system technology to the probability of an IPO of the BE Food AG - the discussion covered a broad spectrum.

Unfortunately, there were problems with the sound at the beginning, which could only be solved by restarting the conference function. Everything ran smoothly after minute 12:25. You can find the video here:

Exclusive tours for Companists

We are offering two special dates for guided tours at the StadtFarm in Berlin-Herzberge this month, exclusively for Companists:

  • on Saturday, 20 October at 1 p.m. (this is also market day, which is well worth a visit)
  • on Friday, 26 October at 11 a.m.

The meeting point is at the entrance to the Visitor Center in the Allee der Kosmonauten 16, 10315 Berlin (for directions click here).

To sign up, please send an email to contact@befood.ag so we know how many people we can expect. If you can't make it on these dates: the StadtFarm visitor center is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. On Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, fresh fish is also sold until 6 p.m. (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, only vegetables and non-perishable products are sold). Simply drop by, transparency is a top priority at BE Food.

We hope to welcome many of you in person soon!

Best greetings,

Anne-Kathrin Kuhlemann

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
