Final Spurt in the Last Mile.

Dear Companists,

before the end of the minimum term we have exceeded the 100,000 € investment and are going into extension. The new end date will follow. We are very happy to contribute to making our cities a better place to live together with the support of the Companists. The goal is drawing closer: Making it possible to find and book mobility with one's own or a rented bicycle on websites & in apps that consumers use anyway, everywhere.

Rydies - Outlook

Our customers such as the Berlin-Brandenburg Transport Authority, the City of Munich or the bike sharing providers Nextbike and Donkey show that we are in a position to create clear added value for mobility portals and bicycle mobility providers.

Rydies - Bike Services

The market environment for Rydies has improved recently. New driving bans for diesel vehicles require short-term alternatives to car transport. Public transport and other mobility providers are increasingly realizing that "first & last mile" services support their own business and, when combined, represent a real alternative to one's own car. Automobile companies are also recognizing this and are investing massively in micro-mobility: General Motors manufactures e-bikes, Ford and Daimler are entering e-micro-scooter sharing.

New: Renting bikes in cooperation with listnride

Alongside many bike-sharing bicycles for the fast trip from A to B, Rydies also presents bike rental companies on its platform. This way, business travelers can book the right e-bike for their business trip to avoid arriving at their appointments sweaty. Commuters can try out fast pedelecs for the commute to work or families can test the cargo bike for shopping or the drive to kindergarten.

In addition to receiving information about these offers, users will be able to book and pay for bicycles from over 50 providers in Berlin and Munich online starting at the end of November. The corresponding booking process for listnride (LINK) will be integrated into the Rydies platform. listnride was launched as the "AirBnB for bicycles" but also works closely with B2B partners such as bicycle rental companies and shops. Rydies thus present these partners on an additional sales channel, thereby increasing their reach and sales.

Best greetings,

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
