Rydies records bike path conditions and parking areas in Dortmund

Dear Companists,

As already announced in December, Rydies was commissioned to carry out a pilot project as part of a digitization measure by the City of Dortmund. Implementation has now begun. The first step is to record the bike path network and the bicycle parking facilities as well as the structural conditions for a defined area. A decision will then be made as to whether the project should be extended to cover the city's entire bike path network.

Rydies cooperates with the bicycle courier service Time-Bandits to realize the project. The managing director of the courier service is delighted about how the bicycle infrastructure in Dortmund is now changing. Joachim Serges of Time-Bandits: "We are delighted to be able to participate in a project that will make cycling within the city of Dortmund better and more attractive in the long term." Sven Mittelbach, project manager and database manager at Rydies, adds: "It is gratifying that local partners on site immediately recognize the added value for their city and enthusiastically support ecologically sustainable projects."

The Time-Bandits are living up to their name in this project, recording the bike paths and bicycle parking facilities in no time at all. Rydies uses a tool from the Finnish company Vaisala. This tool efficiently records and evaluates the condition of the road surface via a smartphone attached to the steering wheel. Rydies uses its own tool, Collect Mobile, to record the bicycle parking areas, which the ADFC also used to record the Bike+Ride stations in the Hanover region.

For suggestions as to which cities and employees Rydies should contact in your region for the recording and analysis of the bicycle infrastructure, please send an email to sven.mittelbach@rydies.com.

Best greetings,

Sven Mittelbach

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
