BE Food AG – StadtFarm | Updates

BE Food approaches the home stretch with a new look

Dear Companists,

In preparation for our retail listing, we have recently planned a relaunch of the StadtFarm brand. Furthermore, our campaign is slowly approaching its final spurt - support us in this!

1. Re-design of the StadtFarm

Almost a year ago, we started refining our brand core and questioning how we want to place and position StadtFarm in the public eye. Smart urban farming should set the bar for new agriculture in the city.

The corporate design of a brand must also match this. That's why, in autumn, we started working with the Salz agency to redesign the StadtFarm logo and image. You Companists are now the first to receive a sneak preview: "loud, bold, clean", that's how we want to be perceived - and thus also ensure that our products are easy to recognize in retail and attract (positive) attention.

In the next few weeks, we will be preparing the transition: Website, packaging, labels, business cards, posters, stickers, flyers... everything will shine in the new ocean green for the official relaunch.

2. RBB generates crowds at StadtFarm tour

Last week, the RBB visited us to film the current excursion tip and to recommend the StadtFarm in Herzberge as a location to visit. The report, which ran last Friday at 19:30 at RBB, once again shows how high the quality of a visit at the StadtFarm is even in winter; click here to check it out:

We have been on regional television several times before and were therefore delighted, but the response to the report was unusually strong: With almost 90 participants in the guided tour and many more customers in the farm shop on Saturday, our team had to improvise a lot! Shortly after noon, the fresh fish was already sold out, crates of salads and herbs had to be replaced constantly. A great challenge!

Of course, the landscape park and the StadtFarm really are nice places to stay, and if we can help more people discover them, all the better!

The Green Week is starting and we will report about the international guests who are visiting us next week. Furthermore, our campaign has reached the last EUR 100,000 that we want to collect, so let's get together and get the New Year off to a good start!

With kind regards,

Anne-Kathrin Kuhlemann

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
