Strong first half of 2019

Strong first half of 2019

We were once again able to increase our profitable growth from 2018 in the first half of 2019.

Revenue €767,500 62% increase over 2018
EBIT €122,600 321% increase over 2018

Filled pipeline with white label partners

New cooperations started:

Innovative energy supplier. Here lyke is connected via interfaces with the internal CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

An up-and-coming player in the sanitary sector that uses the lyke software with various operating companies and controls the individual companies.

Handson umami
New lead-gen player in Switzerland. Here the platform lyke is used in the future primarily for the administration of final customer leads and for the monetization over an attached partner network from the craft sector.

Our sales pipeline in terms of larger partnerships is extremely exciting - we are in contact with the following companies - in some cases in very advanced discussions:

  • AroundHome
  • EWE
  • Brötje
  • Wolf Group
  • bauverein AG Darmstadt
  • Hornbach
  • toom
  • contorion
  • MHK Group
  • grohe
  • Black Label Real Estate
  • ETEX Group
  • Aldra Window

With the new brand lyke, we will now be increasingly present at events and trade fairs and develop new networks in order to acquire additional white label partners.

Product Development - Launch and Redesign App

In August 2019, our app (Android and iOS) will receive a completely new, modern design with many small improvements, in order to optimize the documentation for crafts enterprises on site.

In addition, many functionalities within the app have been better linked so that all activities around a project can be controlled from different perspectives of the app.

lyke - App1

Left: Global feed in which chat histories are mapped similar to WhatsApp
Right: Clear and user-friendly picture gallery with simple filter options

lyke - App2

Left: Structuring of all documents with individual categories
Right: Intuitive time recording with clear sections

If you missed our video conference, you have the opportunity to watch the recording with a product demonstration and the answering of exciting investor questions:

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
