Dear Companists,

Another month has passed, and we have used every minute to make Lizzar the hub of independent music. Here is a short update on what has happened these last few weeks.

First Lizzar Radio Show

Radio TimeTravel hosted the first Lizzar Radio Show earlier this month. The feedback from both artists and listeners was just great. As of now, we will select one premium artist every month that will be put into airplay rotation for a whole month. Furthermore, we will provide interested online and terrestrial radio stations with more radio content featuring Lizzar artists. Listen to our first radio show while continuing to read:

New Intern, New Office

We have a new intern who joined us this month. Pia is a student from Bremen and will mainly support our marketing activities. Moreover, we moved into a new office this month and are now located in Berlin-Wilmersdorf.

Store Launch on 1 May

We are currently preparing the launch of our music store, a store that is the only one of its kind. The Lizzar store will allow all artists to sell their music directly to their fans. We decided to offer our artists 100 % of the revenues if they opt for a premium-membership – an offer no other distribution service makes.

CRM System for Artists

In addition to giving 100% of the revenues straight to the artists, we allow artists to build a sustainable customer relationship management by providing them with customer data (name, email, etc.) through Lizzar. These data are not available to artists when using iTunes or other stores. Thus, Lizzar artists can build very personal relationships with their fans by using email or even WhatsApp. This is especially important to artists who want to promote their events and new releases to their most loyal customers in a very direct fashion. You just need 1,000 true fans to run your music business successfully. We allow artists to build this strong base using Lizzar.

Both the store and the CRM feature are only available to premium artists. You can see which financial difference Lizzar can make to musicians’ lives below (the costs are based on a single year):

Lizzar @Musikmesse Frankfurt

In March, we visited the Musikmesse (music trade fair) in Frankfurt, Germany. Our attendance allowed us to promote the Lizzar brand to artists and businesses and to get in touch with large international guitar and amp manufacturers that might come into play as partners in the future. The interest in an independent music streaming service turned out to be very high.

See you soon,

Your Lizzar team

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
