Kyl Is the New Ice Cream!

Dear Companists,

We are the team behind Kyl, and we are looking forward to the equity-based crowdfunding campaign with you! First of all, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. The people behind Kyl are:

David Marx, Philipp Martin, Dr. Christian Broser, John Lika, Juan Amador, Shirley La Vern Marx.

Our Objective

Molecular ice cream redefines ice cream, for the new ice cream is a combination of unprecedented quality, recipes, precision, and texture. Its shapes are unique, and our range of Kyl ice cream products also includes organic, vegan (lactose-free), and alcoholic (cocktail) varieties. Kyl is a stylish ice pop. We use the insights and processes of avant-garde cuisine, combine them with the expertise of a nutritionist, a nitrogen plant engineer, an experienced brand architect with an excellent network especially in the important U.S. market, and a communication expert, and supplement all this with the design of a first-rate Russian designer.

The Kyl Recipe

The formula for success, the recipe for Kyl, thus looks like this: Go to the "Science Kitchen" and take the following:

  • 2 founders with a background in marketing and nutrition
  • 1 of the leading nitrogen plant engineers
  • 1 world-class chef experienced in avant-garde cuisine
  • 1 former brand architect of the popular ice cream brand „Ben & Jerry´s“
  • 1 Russian design tsar
  • 1 hint of femininity for branding

Finally, round off everything with a huge amount of passion. Done!

Dear Companists, we are really looking forward to your feedback and your ideas. Ice cream is supposed to be healthy, to cause people to have fun, and – most importantly – to surprise them. This is our goal, and we are looking forward to your support!

Best regards,

The Kyl team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
