Dear Companists,

In the past weeks, the fotovio team worked very hard around the clock. Thanks to you Companists, we have made interesting contacts and started implementing new ideas. Today, we can present the fruits of our labor to you!

Market Leader Orders 400,000 fotovio Memory Stickers

On Monday, we received an order from a major German corporation. For now, this customer wishes to remain anonymous, but we can tell you that it is a renowned market leader in Germany. The corporation wants to order 400,000 fotovio stickers and give them to its customers as a free supplement to a product. Since the customer will keep the fotovio branding, we greatly appreciate this order – especially from a marketing perspective. We are really happy and excited about this great opportunity!

Launch of New Website

Moreover, we have launched our new website today, where both consumers and B2B customers can find an overview of fotovio, our QR code technology, and opportunities for cooperation.

The New Design of Our Website

Expansion of the Team

We already announced at the beginning of our campaign that we wanted to expand our team in the area of marketing and sales. The financial support of the Companists has made this possible. Since 1 April, Sarah has been part of our team. As the head of marketing and sales, she is already busy becoming acquainted with all aspects of these topics and developing a marketing campaign. During her first weeks in the fotovio team, she also supervised market research campaigns on gift cards and on the design of the fotovio memory sticker packaging. The feedback we received was very positive, and we are already discussing these results with retailers.

Thus, things at fotovio will remain exciting!

Again, we would like to thank you very much for all your support, suggestions, and motivating messages. Without you, all this would not have been possible. We at fotovio are convinced that our products will keep thrilling many people and convincing companies!

Best,

The fotovio team

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
