Dear Companists,

We are very pleased to announce a special partnership with the Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin. For 25 years, the DKO Berlin has been an integral part of Berlin's musical and cultural life – and the entire ensemble uses our real-time communication service to connect its members worldwide. You can win free tickets for the next concert at the Berlin Philharmonie!

The Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin was founded during the German reunification in 1989. Today, it reflects the atmosphere of Berlin: Musicians from the formerly divided city and international artists create a sound that keeps fascinating listeners due to its curiosity and its commitment. Consequently, we are very happy about the partnership with the Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin.

The ensemble of the DKO Berlin consists of about twenty musicians that greatly emphasize self-determination. Usually, the orchestra plays in its Berlin location, the chamber music hall of the Philharmonie, but sometimes it also conquers unusual venues for new concert formats in the city. The repertoire of the DKO Berlin ranges from the baroque period to contemporary compositions.

On 22 May 2014 at 8 p.m., the next seasonal concert #6 „Kontraste“ ("contrasts") will take place. As is well-known, opposites attract, and Joseph Haydn is a master of such opposites. The symphonies No. 59 and 60 – probably originally created as stage music – play with discontinuation, rhythmic irritation, and strong musical changes.

You can win 2 x 2 tickets for the seasonal concert #6!

We would like to invite you to attend this concert at the Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin! The DKO Berlin has kindly provided us with 2 x 2 exclusive tickets, which we would like to give away to our Companists. Here's how it works:

To participate, just tell us your favorite composer and email it to us with your name until 19 May 2014. We will notify the lucky winners.

We would like to thank the Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin very much.

Best regards,

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
