Dear Companists,

As it is slowly getting warmer outside, work on our full launch in July is already in full swing.

At that point, we will publish the full versions of our Android and iPhone apps in the app stores as intended.

readfy Wins Best of Mobile Award 2014 for "Innovation"

Because of our successful crowdfunding campaign here on Companisto and because of the very positive media feedback, we had a great start. Now, readfy has won the Best of Mobile Award 2014 in the "Innovation" category. To us, this means that experts from the mobile development and marketing industry have also recognized the great potential of the readfy business concept. We are very happy about our first award!

Exclusive iOS Prelaunch for Companists

Many of you contacted us during our Companisto campaign and asked us to inform you as soon as the iOS version of our app is ready. You will soon have the chance to try the app even before the official market launch. Those of you who want to participate in our exclusive prelaunch and become test users can sign up on our website from now on and will be informed toward the end of June when the test of the iPhone app starts: https://www.readfy.com/ios-test-juni-14/

E-book Catalog Is Growing Steadily

At the time of our launch in February, our catalog contained titles by a little more than 120 publishers. Currently, the number of publishers participating in our business concept is 165. At the time of our launch in July, our catalog will contain roughly 18,000 titles from various genres. You cannot read so many books for free anywhere else in Germany this summer!

Additional Plans for 2014

While preparing our launch in July, we are also working on marketing partnerships with interesting partners in the fall. In other words, we will be ready when people read more again in the fall.

Simultaneously, we are still in negotiations with major German and international publishers on content that we may use in our growth stage next year.

Best regards,

The readfy team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
