Foodist Receives Five-digit Grant for Placing Danish Products in the Foodist Box

Dear Companists,

The increasing number of subscribers has led to new ways of monetization for the Foodist box.

These ways of monetization are due to several years of work by Andreas, who made cooperation agreements with Danish farming associations, factories, and network organizations in the past.

These associations also include the independent "Væksthus Syddanmark" association, which consists of roughly 100 Danish factories. "Væksthus Syddanmark" (Greenhouse Southern Denmark) primarily focuses on supporting Danish factories in exporting their products to new markets.

Together with project manager Andreas Cæsar Møller Jensen and within the next few months, we will choose 7 producers from the 100 members of the association whom we will enable to access the German market.

In doing so, we will promote the Danish factories by means of the Foodist box – just like any other factory. They will appear in the Foodist magazine, will be listed in our gourmet shop, and will be able to access a highly relevant target group on the German market.

In return, we will receive a five-digit grant from the association.

We have already started in June by including a "Ginger Beer" and a "Pink Grapefruit Juice" by the Danish family brewery Naturfrisk in the box. In July, these products will be followed by mango direct juice made by the Danish juice factory "Anton's Säfte" (Anton's Juices). Thus, until the end of the year, one product each month will be from Denmark, and we will certainly include products by a chocolate and a licorice factory as well.

In the past, we regularly received requests from industrial grocery producers who wanted to pay us for placing their products in the Foodist box. We always rejected these offers because the products did not meet our standards concerning exclusivity and quality. All members of the Danish association, on the other hand, meet these standards.

We are proud that we will remain true to our principles by means of this cooperation agreement and that we have also found a great way of making the Foodist box even more profitable.

Best regards,

The Foodist team

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
