Foodist on TV!

Dear Companists,

Over the last few weeks, we have once again been very active. For instance, you may soon be able to see Foodist on TV. Also, we will create a fish box together with German fish producer "Deutsche See." But read for yourself!

FOODIST ON TV

Participation in Investment Show and Talks about TV Sponsoring of Cooking Shows

We can already tell you in advance that Foodist participated in an investment show on TV, in which inventors and founders may pitch their business idea to a jury of experts. The goal is to convince the jury of the business idea so that one or more jury members make an offer to invest during the show. We are not allowed to tell you the result of our participation. We are really looking forward to watching the show on TV.

Moreover, we are in negotiations with a private TV station over the sponsoring of individual cooking shows. The idea is to refer viewers of the show to foodist.de, where they may purchase additional products matching the recipes from the show.

A REALLY BIG FISH

Cooperation with German Fish Producer "Deutsche See"

After our successful cooperation with the online meat shop "OTTO Gourmet," we will cooperate with the German fish producer "Deutsche See" in July. "Deutsche See" (www.deutschesee.de) has recently started offering a selection of high-quality fish online, which are shipped in refrigerated packaging. In July, we will sell a "fish box" together with the company. "Deutsche See" will take care of the logistics and provide the smoked fish. Foodist, on the other hand, will provide the matching condiments for first-rate fish dishes, for example truffle oil, fruit sauces, or chutneys.

LAUNCH OF THE B2B BUSINESS

Sales Folder "United Kingdom – The next big taste" and New Website "www.foodist-handel.de"

Last year, our most popular products and bestsellers came from British manufacturers, who are becoming increasingly important in the area of handmade delicacies. Fudges, chocolate bars, cordials, crackers, truffle oil, chips, vinegars, etc. supplement the classic product range of olive oils and pasta sauces.

„Handcrafted“, „artisan food“, and „organic“ will become the next buzzwords within the gourmet scene and represent a trend in the saturated market full of delicacies from France and Italy. Here, you can find an exclusive preview of some pages from our sales folder "United Kingdom Edition," which is currently being printed.

The Most Modern Website in Wholesale: www.foodist-handel.de

In wholesale, 78 % of orders are currently made via fax or phone. By means of the sales folder, the fax order form, and personal service on the phone, we take account of this demand on the market.

However, internet orders will also become increasingly important even in the rather conservative delicacy market. Therefore, we have created a website (www.foodist-handel.de) with an unmatched design and usability. Wholesalers that have been successfully verified by us receive their individual login data and may comfortably place their orders via the shopping cart they already know.

Thanks very much for the great funding campaign! We will keep doing the best we can and hope the last days of our campaign will be successful!

Best regards,

The Foodist team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
