Kyl Nominated as Startup of the Year and Idea of the Year by Major German Media

Dear Companists,

The media in particular are still showing great interest in Kyl. We are especially happy about the articles about us in the press, some of them consisting of several pages. For instance, there are articles on Kyl in the current issues of ENORM (a German business magazine), Lufthansa Exklusiv, der Feinschmecker (a German gourmet magazine), and Tagesspiegel Köpfe (another German business magazine), and we will soon be on the front cover of Four, the world's best food magazine.

Computer BILD Nominates Kyl as "Start-up of the Year"

We were a bit surprised to hear that Computer BILD (a major German computer magazine) has nominated us as its start-up of the year and has invited us to attend a gala in Hamburg soon. In Hamburg, we will also attend several press events on the day before the gala, where we will freshly make our ice pops in front of the journalists.

Arte Nominates Kyl as "Idea of the Year"

Moreover, Arte (a French-German TV station) has contacted us about its "Idee des Jahres" (idea of the year) competition and would like to receive nice pictures from us (just like Galileo, Stern TV, and other TV shows).

Kyl Britannia

Also in August, we will present our company in England for the first time in order to get some feedback on our new recipes for the United Kingdom. We are already looking forward to that very much.

New Products in the Fall

On 26 and 27 October 2014, we will travel to Cologne, where we will host a food show at the great Chef-Sache event. With a bit of luck, we may even be able to present one of our latest innovations there. In late September, we will then introduce two entirely new ice pop shapes, on which we have been working for roughly 6 months.

Best regards,

David

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
