Equity-based Crowdfunding for Kyl Is Ending Soon

Dear Companists,

In a few days, our crowdfunding campaign here on Companisto will be over. We are extremely grateful for your support and your feedback!

We never stand still and keep inventing new products and procedures to enable people to experience a new kind of ice cream. This does not go unnoticed and has also attracted the interest of premium gastronomy, namely of the Ritz Carlton.

Kyl21 Presents a Prototype of the Ice Pop Maker

Ice pops are definitely a rival product to conventional ice cream in a cone or a cup. We are working on a solution that will also enable ice cream parlors to create newly shaped ice pops in an easy way. Thus, ice cream parlors will have an entirely new product with unprecedented opportunities at their disposal. We have already started testing our prototype. Let's see what the market will think about this.

Presentation of the Small Interval Shower

In order to enable us to perhaps present our new interval shower for gastronomy as early as at the upcoming Chef-Sache event, Dr. Broser's team has been working overtime for the last few days (thanks for that!). For the first time, we are now able to produce our ice cream in a controlled and safe manner by means of smaller devices like the KitchenAid. This is also very important for our "ice cream parlor of the future" project, on whose franchising concept we are already working. By combining the interval shower for gastronomy with our new agitator, we are already able to produce our ice cream much faster than we expected. Excellent!

Ritz Carlton Invites Kyl21

Due to the recent article in Feinschmecker magazine, Ritz Carlton has also noticed us and invited us to present our extraordinary recipes in its Berlin hotel at Potsdamer Platz. Naturally, this makes us happy and is an honor for us (because we are also producing star-level quality).

Speaking of extraordinary recipes, we certainly do not want you to miss the latest creation of our first-rate chef Juan Amador. Have you ever seen anything like this? It looks almost too nice to eat it...

Let's get ready for the final stage of the campaign!

Best regards,

The Kyl team

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
