WEISSENHAUS Sets New European Crowdfunding Record

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

WEISSENHAUS is now officially Europe's most successful crowdfunding!

European Record

We are thrilled: When we enabled investments in a property – our 5-star-superior resort WEISSENHAUS by the Baltic Sea to be precise – on the German crowdfunding platform Companisto roughly 6 weeks ago, we did not expect that we would get more than 3.4 million euros until today in spite of the good investment terms. We have thus set a new European record for the most successful equity-based crowdfunding ever!

And we are truly grateful, for it is more important to us than having received a certain amount of money that over 820 people have already shown us their confidence in our concept of combining historic buildings, unspoiled landscape, state-of-the-art furnishings, and our "confident nonchalance" to create a unique experience.

Additional Rewards

To celebrate this special occasion, we have also decided to offer a few additional rewards.

20 x EUR 7,500 reward: People who invest EUR 7,500 or more will receive a dinner voucher for the Courtier gourmet restaurant for 2 people + a photo book

15 x EUR 15,000 reward: People who invest EUR 12,500 or more will receive a free night in a double room for 1-2 people, including a dinner at the Courtier + a photo book

10 x EUR 27,500 reward: People who invest EUR 27,500 or more will receive a free night in a suite for 1-2 people (or three free nights in a double room), including a dinner at the Courtier + a photo book

Media Feedback

The media have also reported on WEISSENHAUS several times. Have a look at the feature in the ARD Mittagsmagazin (a major German news show) or read the articles from the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg News

We are very happy about the record and would like to THANK YOU very much again!

Best regards from WEISSENHAUS,

Beate Maruccia, Alexander Dehn, Gerald Henningsen, and Jan Henric Buettner

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
