Meine-Spielzeugkiste on TV and Promising Changes

Dear Companists,

We are full of pride and anticipation because we have made it on the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (the lions' den) and are soon going to have the chance to convince customers and investors in front of an audience of millions of people.

Preparations for the Episode on 23 September

"Die Höhle der Löwen" as a Springboard

The VOX show "Die Höhle der Löwen" enables start-ups to pitch to a number of experienced entrepreneurs and to convince these people that an investment would be lucrative. In this show, Lencke Wischhusen, managing director of a family business and president of the German association DIE JUNGEN UNTERNEHMER (young entrepreneurs), home shopping queen Judith Williams, serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor Frank Thelen, event portal operator Jochen Schweitzer, and tourism pioneer Vural Öger evaluate the business ideas presented to them by means of critical questions and negotiate with company founders on investment amounts and company shares.

As many as 1.77 million viewers watched the first episode, which corresponds to a rating of 6.1 %. The show was particularly successful in the important target group of viewers between 14 and 49 years, with a rating of 8.2 %. The rating of the second episode was similarly high. These high ratings and the large amount of media feedback on "Die Höhle der Löwen" cause us to be optimistic that Meine-Spielzeugkiste will also profit from the marketing power of private television and the public focus on the German start-up scene.

The show is broadcast on German TV station VOX at 8:15 p.m. every Tuesday. On 23 September, we are going to appear on "Die Höhle der Löwen." Those of you who have missed the previous episodes of the show or will not be able to watch it on 23 September may also watch it at

By the way, "Shark Tank," the American equivalent of the show, has helped small ideas become businesses worth several million dollars before.

Thus, switch your TV to VOX on 23 September and see what is going to happen!

Redesign of the Website

Managing Director Florian Metz, Developer Sascha Michalski, and Graphic Designer Julia Schulz Working on the Website

Just in time for our appearance on TV, our website is also being redesigned. The new website is going to have a modern and friendly design. Also, the concept of the new website is going to provide customers with a clarity and simplicity unprecedented in online toy retail thus far when they select toys or place their orders.

Dear Companists, as you can see, there is an exciting time ahead of us. We are working on various things so that we will be perfectly prepared for the expected boom in orders after our TV appearance and for the upcoming Christmas sales.

Best regards,

The team of Meine-Spielzeugkiste

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
