Demand Proves that Expansion of the WEISSENHAUS Resort Is Necessary

Dear Companists and potential investors,

We are pleased to tell you that we are also satisfied with the September results. For the increasingly cold months ahead of us, it is now our goal to position WEISSENHAUS as a SPA, THERMAL BATH, and WELLNESS destination – and to expand it.

The WEISSENHAUS Expansion

The expansion of the resort's capacities is in full swing, and it is also truly necessary, for we have the "problem" that the resort is completely booked up because of an executive conference of one of the largest European publishing houses, which requires us to increase our capacities fast. Consequently, we will first realize our plans for the former gardener's house and bakery under the supervision of the Hamburg architecture firm UK2 and will accommodate the first guests there as early as in the first half of 2015.

Peerstall Expands WEISSENHAUS Conference Area

The "Peerstall" (a former stable), which we opened on 26 September just as planned and which will enable us to implement various conference concepts, helps us expand our very well-working conference business, and we expect that this expansion will lead to solid basic occupancy rates on weekdays in the fall and winter.

Growing List of Renowned Conference Customers

The list of renowned companies that have already used our conference area or have recently made a reservation is growing every week. In addition to the companies mentioned in our last update, our customers now include a leading team from the German soccer Bundesliga, major food manufacturer Mars, and Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer, a leading corporate law firm.

The "M – Forum of Mobility," which was organized by www.mlove.com, was a huge success attended by countless celebrities from industry, media, and politics, and it will be turned into a "Davos for the digital economy" over the next few years. A Picture of the MLOVE spectacle at night may be viewed above.

Moreover, the resort is almost booked up for New Year's Eve (for which a 3-day minimum stay and a New Year's package are mandatory), and the day spa offer is attracting more guests each day.

Successful Experiment

When we considered a crowdfunding campaign for the WEISSENHAUS expansion at the beginning of this year, this was unfamiliar territory to us and could hardly be planned in advance. A crowdfunding campaign of this magnitude had never been launched in Germany or Europe before. Also, the structure consisting of a fixed interest rate of 4 %, a bonus interest that depends on the income from rent, and a second bonus in the case of an increase in value combined with double security through land charges and a personal guarantee was completely new.

Finally, WEISSENHAUS is not a start-up! Are the Companists thus willing to accept a project of an entirely different kind – or "asset class," as banks would call it? Now, not just since we reached 5 millions (!), we are thrilled, and our fears have proven to be entirely groundless. In fact, this milestone almost left us speechless and motivates us to make WEISSENHAUS a little better every day. Thus, we will keep working hard every day on making the initial success of WEISSENHAUS continue over the winter.

In order to provide even more potential investors with the opportunity to use our investment offer in difficult times on the stock market, we decided to raise the funding limit to 7.5 million euros. This is not going to cause a dilution of the shares.

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.
