Dear Companists,

The entire Panono team wishes you a happy new year!

Panono at the CES

The beginning of this year has already been very exciting for us because we were an exhibitor at the very popular International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, which has an impact on the entire industry. The CES is one of the world's largest trade shows for consumer electronics, and it was attended by 170,000 industry professionals when it took place for the 47th time from 6 through 9 January 2015.

Our CES team was very busy ;) Visitors of our stand were able to look at our design prototype and view our panoramas on iPads and on the Oculus Rift. Distributors and suppliers were particularly interested, and we received more than 100 requests from such companies from all over the world. Below, you may view some pictures taken at the CES:

Media Coverage

Several media also visited our stand. They are looking forward to going on our press trip scheduled for the time of the product launch and, even more importantly, to trying the final version of the Panono Camera. Also, media from all over the world (e.g., from France, the U.S., and Japan) reported on Panono.

We hope that the German newspaper "Die Welt" will be right ;) – here is some media feedback from the last few weeks:

Dieser Ball wird 2015 Ihre Weltsicht verändern
["This ball will change your view of the world in 2015"]

Die Welt, 31 December 2014

"Virtual reality will change the way we tell stories and create brand experiences for our consumers. Products like Oculus, Panono and drone technologies open up new ways of seeing things, from products to events to scripted stories. I believe that can deepen the connection between people and our brands.

Wall Street Journal, 8 January 2015

National Geographics Kids will also feature Panono in its February issue:

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
