Dear Companists,

Since the start of our campaign on 15 January, 181 Companists have invested approximately 60,000 euros in Pablo & Paul. We are very grateful for your confidence in our company and for your support, and we also want to thank you for your feedback.

The campaign has not only influenced Pablo & Paul's revenue and increased our average order value, but it has also affected other key performance indicators. Moreover, we are very pleased about the media coverage related to our crowdfunding campaign. These were last week's highlights:

Development of Revenue

  • Month-to-Date Revenue: EUR 8,300
  • Increase in Average Order Value: from EUR 630 (2014) to EUR 920 (January 2015)

Online Shop Performance

  • Increase in Online Shop Visitors per Day: 300%
  • New Registrations by Users: + 10%
  • Decrease in Churn Rate of First-Time Visitors: from 9% to 6%

Inquiries by Potential Investors

Moreover, three potential investors have approached us and informed us that they are interested in making major investments in Pablo & Paul. These investors noticed us because of our Companisto campaign, and we have already met with them for initial talks. If a major investor chose to make an investment during our crowdfunding campaign, the Companisto contracts would protect our Companists against the dilution of their shares.

Media Coverage

We also appeared in several media. In addition to an interview on Crowdstreet, we appeared on portals and blogs such as YahooInfoDigital, and VC Startups.

Over the next few weeks, we will show a large number of new artists and new works by our current artists on our platform. Thus, we will provide our visitors with a larger and more attractive selection.

Best regards,

The Pablo & Paul team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
