EDITION F Further Increases Its Reach

Dear Companists,

We hope all of you had a great start of the second month of this year. We have already experienced many things this year, and we would like to share the highlights with you once again today.   Needless to say, we will keep you posted on our progress.

EDITION F Further Increases Its Reach

As we had already mentioned in our last update, EDITION F further increased its reach in January as well. For the first time, we slightly exceeded 70,000 visitors, which is a 14.3 percent increase compared to the previous month.   The new design supports this increase: The average length of stay has increased because of the intuitive new homepage, and the return rate has risen as well. Also, the feedback we get via Facebook, Twitter, and especially via email is very positive. Both the new design and the new navigation have proven to be very popular so far.

EDITION F Deepens Partnership with Huffington Post Germany

This year, we will significantly deepen our partnership with Huffington Post Germany. This powerful partner will provide us with additional visibility and an increased reach. Indeed, Huffington Post is read by approximately 3 million people in Germany each month, and it is an international media brand that is active in 13 countries and was acquired by AOL for 315 million U.S. dollars in 2011.

HuffingtonPost.de plans to add a "Women" section (landing page) to its website, which will be operated in cooperation with EDITION F. In this section, EDITION F and Huffington Post will provide readers with relevant articles, and some other articles will link directly to editionf.com so that readers of Huffington Post will notice our website. In addition, we plan to host events together, for instance the contest for the "25 most family-friendly employers" this spring.

Additional Partnerships Will Start Soon

Furthermore, we will start a content partnership with Capital (a German business magazine) in February and continue our content partnership with Manager Magazin. Through these partnerships, EDITION will be able to further increase its range of topics. Also, EDITION F plans to host the contest for the best-dressed business woman together with myself magazine. Finally, negotiations on a possible print edition of EDITION F in cooperation with a major daily medium are taking shape.

Best regards,

Nora, Susann & the EDITION F team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
