Jaimie Jacobs Expands Product Portfolio and Reaches Primary Milestone for February

Dear Companists,

We are pleased to report that we have reached our primary milestone for February just as we intended. To be more precise, we have added another shoe for men to our product portfolio: the Double Monk.

Expansion of the Product Portfolio

Since this week, we have been offering the Double Monk as a new shoe model for men. This shoe complements our range of men's shoes very well. Thus, we keep pursuing our strategy of becoming the market leader in customizable leather products.

Different Versions of the Double Monk

The Double Monk is a timeless and elegant shoe to which customers can add subtle extravagance through our 3D configurator in order to stand out from the crowd. We offer the Double Monk without a cap, with a cap toe, and as a semi-brogue shoe. Customers also have the interesting option of having the shoe's upper made from two different materials.

Through this expansion of our product portfolio, we expect not only to make our product range for men more attractive, but also to increase our revenue.

Prototype of Booties for Women Completed

Moreover, we have completed the first prototype of our new booties for women. The special thing about these booties is that customers may have their initials attached to the shoes in the form of metal letters – for a small additional fee of course. By means of these "vanity items," which are becoming increasingly popular on the market, we plan to increase our average shopping cart value.

Also, we would like you to help us develop our booties for women by participating in our survey (which should take no more than 2 minutes):

Thanks in advance and best regards from Munich,

Team Jaimie Jacobs

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
