Dear Companists,

We had an excellent month of February. In fact, it was the best month we have experienced so far! We were able to increase our number of readers by over 50 percent compared to the previous month, and we were nominated for the Berlin crowdfunding award. We would like to share the highlights with you once again today. Needless to say, we will keep you posted on our progress. Also, we would be glad if you supported us during the final phase of our crowdfunding campaign so that we will surpass 300,000 euros.

Reach of EDITION F Reaches All-Time High

Even though our reach is not the only thing that matters, we are certainly pleased that the number of EDITION F visitors is constantly increasing. In February, this worked particularly well for us. EDITION F further extended its reach and increased its number of visitors by over 50 percent (to almost 110,000) compared to January, which correponds to almost twice the number visitors in November. Thus, we surpassed 100,000 visitors for the first time. We will particularly benefit from this development in the area of native advertising, and we have now started searching for new partners in this area. During this search, we – the EDITION F founders – will present our concept to the most relevant agencies in Germany and actively contact customers.

We assume that this increase in users is due primarily to an increased frequency of articles, our relaunch, and our deepened cooperation with our partners.

Nomination for Berlin Crowdfunding Award

EDITION F was nominated for the second edition of the Berlin crowdfunding award. Until 12 March 2015, you can vote for EDITION F on this website. On the website, voters may choose between crowdfunding projects from the media production segment. Once 24 hours have passed, you may vote again. We would be very pleased if you supported us in the vote.

Best regards & have a nice week,

Nora, Susann & the EDITION F team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
