Dear Companists,

We are overwhelmed by the excellent start of our campaign and by the feedback that we have received through your comments and emails and in various talks during our roadshow events. Thank you very much for all this; we really appreciate it! We are particularly pleased that so many people are interested in our FREYGEIST bike and that these people not only invest but also want to have the e-bike. Indeed, showing our FREYGEIST e-bikes in public is the best marketing activity possible.

In the following update, we want to tell you about the things we experienced last week.

Kickoff in Vienna

Martin, Stephan, Usama, and Guests at the Vienna Kickoff Event of the Roadshow

Our crowdfunding campaign's kickoff event took place in Vienna on 11 March. We the company founders – Martin Trink, Usama Assi, and Stephan Hebenstreit – presented our answer to the question on the future of urban mobility in front of several invited guests: the FREYGEIST e-bike. After our introduction and the presentation of the product and of our business partners, our guests were able to test-ride the first few e-bikes. It is no exaggeration to say that we are not the only ones who are totally thrilled by FREYGEIST.

Excellent Start

On 12 March, we launched our crowdfunding campaign here on Companisto, which will enable us to finance the production of the first batch of e-bikes. After only 3 hours, we reached the funding threshold of €50,000, and after 24 hours, total investments had already surpassed €250,000. Thus far, as many as 327 Companists have invested €464,880 in the FREYGEIST e-bike. Never before had a start-up on Companisto reached this amount faster!

Additional Rewards

Fast Companists were particularly interested in the €5,000 early-bird reward, which consisted of one out of the first 49 mass-produced FREYGEIST e-bikes. After a few days, this limited reward was no longer available. Now, another 49 Companists have the opportunity to get a FREYGEIST e-bike from the first batch if they invest €7,500 or more. First come – first served!

FREYGEIST Roadshow

Of Course, FREYGEIST Also Traveled to Berlin and Hamburg

At the beginning of its campaign, the FREYGEIST team is touring Germany's largest cities. After a successful start in Berlin on 13 March, the team continued its tour in Hamburg. In addition to talks with investors, press events, and personal meetings with the team, the tour clearly focuses on the FREYGEIST e-bike and offers VIP test-rides, detailed product presentations, and a unique e-bike experience. Indeed, at first glance, the FREYGEIST seems to be a nice bicycle that weighs only 12 kg and also feels so light. However, this feeling changes when riders push the start button. The FREYGEIST e-bike combines classic design with smart engineering: The extremely silent motor is hidden inside the rear wheel hub, and the lithium-ion battery is integrated into the frame. Thus, the FREYGEIST e-bike enables 100 kilometers of riding pleasure when fully charged.

There are still some opportunities left to test-ride the FREYGEIST e-bike yourself:

18.03. - Cologne , «Kunstbar Köln», Chargesheimerplatz 1, 50667 Cologne

19.03. - Frankfurt, «Sugar Bar», Berger Straße 235, 60385 Frankfurt am Main

  20.03. - Munich (Roadshow-Finale), «Magali Bar», Oberanger 38, 80331 Munich

All events start with exclusive VIP test-rides at 6 p.m. CET. For more information, please see:

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
