FREYGEIST in the Fast Lane

Dear Companists,

Last week, the successful start of our campaign continued. We received great feedback and much input for further development from you and from all those who experienced and tested the FREYGEIST bike during the roadshow, and most importantly, we were able to continue our success story on Companisto because of total investments that have already exceeded €640,000. Thanks very much!

In order to hire more people for the FREYGEIST team, we still need your support: Together with you, we want to convince as many people as possible of our vision of urban mobility.

FREYGEIST Is the Talk of the Town

When asked why he invested in our company and in the FREYGEIST e-bike, one of our investors replied: "Even though all the necessary figures and facts need to be available for an investment, it is most important to me that I am thrilled by the idea, the team, and the product."

We are pleased that over the last few days and weeks, we have managed to thrill even more people, and we would like to provide with you with some examples of the convincing feedback and media coverage that we have received within this short period of time:

The Media

Last week, several newspapers, specialist media, radio shows, and online media covered our company, the FREYGEIST e-bike, and our success story on Companisto: Frankfurter Rundschau, Kronen Zeitung (Austria's most popular daily newspaper), Heute (a free subway newspaper), (Austria's #1 technology portal), Kurier (a major Austrian newspaper), rbb Inforadio, Für-Grü,, and enabled us to reach even more people with our idea and our product. This week's FREYGEIST schedule is also full of exciting interviews, investor meetings, and visits to editorial offices.

The Roadshow

In the context of our roadshow from 13 through 20 March, we have already brought the FREYGEIST spirit to Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Munich. No matter whether we presented it in front of the Brandenburg Gate, on the banks of the Elbe River, in front of the Cologne Cathedral or the skyscrapers of major banks, or on the path to the Hofbräuhaus, the FREYGEIST e-bike convinced people in its natural habitat: In the streets of major cities.

The Companists

Many of you also told us directly on the Companisto website and on our Facebook page why they are excited about FREYGEIST. Here are some examples:

"I have already put your e-bike on my wish list! Using the bike, it is even possible to go the 10 km to my office without having to rely on public transportation or cars, which is really cool... ;)"

"It is a magnificent bike, and it was about time that somebody developed an e-bike that weighs 12 kg and that is also nice to ride when the battery is empty."

"I will test-ride your bike on Thursday, and I am really looking forward to this."

Many e-bike experts carefully examined the FREYGEIST e-bike, provided us with valuable input, and answered questions by other users:

"Perfect for the city... It has a freewheel motor in the rear wheel hub, an innovative battery solution inside the down tube, and the batteries are inserted into the down tube via the head tube (after the fork & handlebar have been removed)."

And last but not least, demand for our rewards is still huge:

"Wow! What a start! Congratulations on this!"

"By the way, do you plan to increase the maximum amount and maybe to add more rewards? Unfortunately, I noticed your campaign too late and would like to get the 5k reward if I invest that much :-)"

"Congratulations on your very successful combination of product and crowdfunding! I am already looking forward to my DeLuxe...!"

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
