FREYGEIST Presents New and Strictly Limited Rewards

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

More than 900 Companists have invested approximately 1.1 million euros in our company and in the FREYGEIST e-bike over the last two months. We would like to thank every single one of you for your confidence and your overwhelming support; you folks are great!

As there was much activity particularly during the last hours and days of our crowdfunding campaign, we have extended the campaign to enable as many additional Companists as possible to invest. And we have another surprise for you!

Challenge Accepted – The FREYGEIST Bike for Everyday Use

The great thing about crowdfunding is that we can talk to you Companists directly. Technology products such as FREYGEIST are particularly suitable for crowdsourcing because you tell us what customers want, and we are very grateful for this!

However, we care not only about your praise and the fast-growing demand for our bikes, but also about your criticism, and we gladly accept new challenges. Over the last few weeks, many of you challenged us to solve a particular problem:

People asked us to create a FREYGEIST e-bike for everyday use, yet to keep the bike's weight at 12 kg. Sounds impossible?

Strictly Limited New Rewards

We replied, "challenge accepted!" and have carried out this seemingly impossible task after an intensive phase of development:

In the second half of our crowdfunding campaign, we are now offering a new and strictly limited reward: If you invest 12,500 euros or more, you will get a full-fledged FREYGEIST e-bike equipped with a lighting system and a luggage carrier that still weighs only 12 kg. We will provide you with some pictures of this FREYGEIST bike for everyday use shortly.

This new FREYGEIST e-bike is suitable for rides through urban jungles at night as well as for picnic trips during the weekend. But remember that, as always, the early Companists will catch the special edition e-bike through their investment. First come – first served!

Best regards,

The FREYGEIST team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
