food4fans Expects Strong Demand at Beginning of Next Bundesliga Season

Dear Companists,

Do you want to know what happened during the last weeks?

We counted the number of products we sold during the first three months of this year and realized we sold more than 35,000! We think this is a good thing because we are on schedule.

Preparations for Next Season

Still, it looks as if August might be even better than the first three months of this year because the number of orders is increasing. Indeed, everyone wants to be part of their team at the beginning of the new Bundesliga season. Thus, we have already started preparing for next season.

But before this season is really over, we would like Hamburger SV and 1860 Munich to win their relegation matches. Moreover, we are glad that St. Pauli managed to stay in the second Bundesliga division. This is particularly interesting because St. Pauli is the only club where our products are not primarily related to soccer itself. At the moment, we produce wine gums shaped like skulls and bones, chocolate bars, chewing gum (see picture on the right), and Lolly Roger lollipops for St. Pauli. Moreover, our portfolio includes chocolate beans.

New Customer: 1860 Munich

For quite some time, we have been negotiating with 1860 Munich and have now agreed to produce the first drafts for this club ranked 12th in the merchandising ranking.

Two Agencies Meant to Support food4fans

We will most likely soon be supported in our marketing activities in the south of Germany by two agencies; we have almost completed negotiations with these agencies. These two agencies will deal with every single store in the south of Germany. In this way, we will be able to cover the eastern German states, Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saarland. We will provide you with some details on this shortly.

This week, we will launch the Bayern Munich fan can. It will first be available at Gebr. Heinemann at Frankfurt airport. Other clubs have contacted us as well, for example St. Pauli and Eintracht Frankfurt. More clubs will follow.

Best regards,
The food4fans team

Investments in startups and growth companies offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, investments in startups or growth companies are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by diversifying the amount they invest in startups and growth companies and not investing the entire amount in one startup or growth company. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the investors on Companisto are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the investors (Companists) – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, investments in startups and growth companies are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
