FREYGEIST Says Thank You

Public
Public

Dear Companists,

Yesterday, 97 days after its Companisto launch, FREYGEIST reached the maximum funding limit of €1,500,000. As many as 1,110 of you invested in FREYGEIST and thus showed us your confidence in our company.

Consequently, we would like to thank all of you very much and celebrate reaching this major goal together with you! Today is also our first day as a financed company, so we are looking forward to a promising, yet busy future together with you.

Power of the Crowd

To us, equity crowdfunding was not just the ideal market entry strategy, but also a great way of getting in touch with many of you and taking account of your questions and feedback in the development of the FREYGEIST e-bike. Through our bike rewards, we convinced many of you right at the beginning of our campaign, and many media also became interested in our company. Dozens of newspaper articles, radio features, and even two TV features raised public awareness of FREYGEIST. This great interest in the FREYGEIST e-bike is also reflected in the pre-orders that we have already received and that have made us particularly happy.

Now the bike has to be put on the road

What's Next?

Now it is time we literally put our joint success on the road. What will be FREYGEIST's next steps? Many of you are certainly wondering when you will be able to ride the bikes you were promised as a reward for your investment. This next step is also fast approaching, and we will finally start delivering the first bike rewards in late July. The major advantage of the bike rewards and pre-orders is that they will make the FREYGEIST e-bike increasingly visible on the road. Indeed, with the help of you, our first customers, and our brand ambassadors, we will convince additional potential customers and meet our ambitious sales targets for the next few years.

At this point, we would like to remind you that you can keep supporting FREYGEIST by

  1. telling friends and family about FREYGEIST and our revolutionary e-bike,
  2. following us and the next steps of FREYGEIST on our Facebook page and by liking and sharing this page,
  3. and using other opportunities to support FREYGEIST, for instance in online forums or surveys.

When more than 1,000 people are talking about a new and innovative product, this creates considerable momentum – your support is the real "power of the crowd."

Best regards,

The FREYGEIST team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
