Dear Companists,

We have great news for you today. As you know, we produced our movie WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN without any government funding in order to remain independent in terms of content. In order to do so, we needed strong partners, some of which – like successful producer Douglas Welbat – we have already introduced to you. Today, however, we would like to tell you about our advertising partners.

Major Partners Support Movie in Terms of Costumes, Production Design, and Marketing Campaign

We have been putting emphasis on independence not only in the financing of our movie, but also in its design. Still, this does not mean that we did without valuable partnerships. On the contrary, we started collaborating with high-reach companies in terms of product placement (also called integrated advertising) during filming in order to supplement our extensive network of investors and marketing agencies.

Every good movie benefits from a production design and costumes that are as authentic as possible. Consequently, while planning product placement in the movie, we paid much attention to selecting the right beverage, lifestyle, and fashion brands to convey an authentic urban lifestyle, to achieve a certain look, and to include brands that seemed appropriate for our characters' everyday life.

This is also the reason why brands such as ASTRA beer (Carlsberg Deutschland GmbH), car2go car sharing (car2go Europe GmbH / DAIMLER AG), and Italian fashion label Replay (Replay Deutschland GmbH) have not only supported us in terms of costumes and production design, but will also accompany the official marketing campaign for the theatrical release of WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN through additional promotional activities (i.e., cross-media and guerilla marketing).

These activities will include, among other things, billboard advertising, online advertising, print advertising, sandwich boards, and sweepstakes events. In other words, we will have every opportunity to extend our marketing activities for a successful theatrical release to the customer base of our partners.

Our partners are present in all relevant metropolitan areas and are able to reach a large audience through the media:

ASTRA

  • ASTRA is the cult beer from Hamburg-St. Pauli.
  • It is available in more than 6,700 stores and 2,200 bars, clubs, and restaurants all over Germany.
  • ASTRA has a reach of 340,000 users on social networks (e.g., Facebook)

car2go

  • car2go is car sharing throughout Europe that requires customers to register only once.
  • The company's over 500,000 registered users have more than 7,000 cars at their disposal.
  • car2go is present in the media through its own YouTube channel, Facebook page and Twitter account.
  • car2go also sends customers a newsletter on a regular basis.

 Replay

  • This brand is available in more than 600 stores and 12 Replay stores all over Germany.
  • It has a reach of over 400,000 users on social networks (i.e., 385,554 on Facebook and 27,500 on Instagram).
  • Replay sends a regular newsletter to more than 15,000 subscribers.

In addition to the brands mentioned above, we placed numerous other brands in the movie and may integrate these brands into the official marketing campaign for the release of WIE MÄNNER ÜBER FRAUEN REDEN if we agree with the companies to do so.

NOTE:

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
