Investments in start-ups are investments in the future of all of us. They can bring high returns, but belong to the category of high-risk capital and carry the risk of total loss.

In connection with start-up investments, investors often have questions about the tax background. Companisto attaches great importance to providing its Companists with full information. For this reason, we held a masterclass on "Tax issues in connection with start-up investments" in June. In this event, the need of our Companists to receive a special event format on "losses" was perceived. It is our intention to meet this need with this Masterclass.

Tax consultant Dr. Rainer Schenk will provide you with important basic information on the topic of "Losses in connection with start-up investments". In his lecture, he will discuss the effects of losses on the investment forms of GmbH shares and stocks.
