About the event

We regularly receive many questions on the subject of tax, which we are unfortunately not allowed to answer due to StBerG § 7. However, it is very important to us to offer our Companists a comprehensive range of services, which is why we launched the master classes on tax topics last year.

Since we launched our secondary market in beta in May 2022, trading between our Companists has increased and so has the incidence of questions.

To give you a good complement to the secondary market, Dr. Rainer Schenk will share basic information around divestments in startup investing in his new talk.
