ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator Partnership

Companists are now able to invest in Jaimie Jacobs and Pablo & Paul, two start-ups from the latest round of the ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator.

The ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator is one of the leading European start-up accelerators. By providing seed capital, mentoring, and office space at our headquarters in Munich/Unterföhring and Berlin for a period of three months, we support aspiring young companies. Moreover, our start-ups have access to the large network of 150 mentors & coaches at ProSiebenSat.1 group, one of the largest European media corporations. Our goal is to promote the development of young companies and to provide these companies with the support they need to secure follow-up financing from investors. Each year, we host two rounds consisting of up to 7 teams each. To formalize our long-term partnership with the start-ups, we acquire a 5 % share in each of them.

Our primary focus is on start-ups that have already transformed their idea into a prototype or that have already launched their product or service. Because of the multitude of applications we receive, our selection process for the program is very strict, and we accept less than 2 % of all applications. So far, this strict selection process has led to a portfolio of 26 start-ups.

The ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator program is run by a powerful and flexible team that acts in an entrepreneurial manner and knows how to use the advantages of the ProSiebenSat.1 group for the benefit of the portfolio start-ups. We stay in contact with the start-ups even after the end of the program and ensure that they are continuously supported by the ProSiebenSat.1 group network.

After the end of the program, the start-ups we supported have received millions of euros from renowned investors, which indicates the high quality of our program.

In short, all parties within the start-up ecosystem benefit from our program. On the one hand, we provide young companies with the unique opportunity to take their business model to the next level, and on the other hand, we provide investors with a high-quality selection of start-ups.

We are thus glad that we may now enable Companists to invest in two companies from the current ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator round. Our two innovative start-ups Jaimie Jacobs and Pablo & Paul are perfectly suitable for an equity-based crowdfunding campaign on Companisto not only because of their concept and its implementation, but also because of their great potential.
