poqit.berlin announces cooperation with BREE

Dear companists,

As already announced in the investors’ area, we have been succeeded in bringing on board a real expert in bags and leather goods in the form of BREE. BREE currently has more than 500 points of sale in over 20 countries around the world. Our collaboration with BREE will initially involve the production of gentlemen’s wallets; our first product. BREE will also take on the preparation of the final design of the wallets, based on our ideas and prototypes.

poqit.berlin kooperiert mit BREE

As shown, our logo is still to be seen on the front, while the lettering poqit.berlin in cooperation with BREE appears inside.

This collaboration will enable us to focus fully on our core competencies and will make it easier for us to access to the very complex bags market. We are also currently looking into the other options that this partnership might bring with it. These include, for example, BREE taking over, for the time being at least, the manufacture of the product packaging. BREE has the infrastructure to support us in the dispatching of wallets and, over the next few weeks, we will be setting out the exact arrangements for this type of support. One other important point is that, initially in small quantities, BREE will be displaying and selling the wallets we have designed in the major cities in the German-speaking countries. poqit will also be available in BREE’s own online store. This will open up to us a number of new points of sale and access to many customers whom we might otherwise have only gained only at great financial expense. In the course of our crowd funding efforts, there will also be further special campaigns in cooperation with BREE.

Kind regards from Marko and the poqit.berlin team

Note

Investments in crowdfunding projects offer great opportunities, but they are risk investments. In the worst case, the entire investment amount may be lost. Consequently, these investments are unsuitable for retirement plans. However, there is no obligation to make further contributions. Investors can minimize their risk by splitting their investment amount between crowdfunding campaigns rather than investing all of it in one crowdfunding campaign. Professional investors often follow this strategy because it causes the risk to be distributed among several investments. In this way, successful investments can balance other less successful investments.

The shares of the Companists are subordinated profit-participating loans (partiarische Nachrangdarlehen). Such loans are shares in a business with similar characteristics as equity. If the company becomes insolvent or is liquidated, the claims of the Companists – just like those of all other shareholders of the company – will be satisfied from the assets in the insolvency or the assets in liquidation only after the claims of all other external creditors have been satisfied. Thus, Companists are treated like any other shareholder of the company during insolvency or liquidation proceedings.

The company information published on the Companisto website is provided solely by the companies. The projections made by the companies do not guarantee successful development of the company in the future. Consequently, crowdfunding investments are suitable only for those investors who can cope with the risk of a total loss of the capital invested. Investors make their own independent investment decisions and bear all risks themselves.

The investments are provided and issued by the individual companies. Companisto is neither the provider nor the issuer of the investments, but solely the internet service platform.
