Serghei verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung in strukturbasierter Wirkstoffforschung, computergestütztem Wirkstoffdesign, Chemoinformatik und Bioinformatik. Artem German ist Head of AI bei CrystalsFirst. Er verantwortet die technische Entwicklung der KI- und Softwareplattform, einschließlich Systemarchitektur, ML-Infrastruktur, DevSecOps, Automatisierung und Integration von KI-Modellen für Wirkstoffdesign. Artem ist Informatiker und bringt mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Startup-Skalierung, IT-Infrastruktur und angewandter KI mit.
