Apply for INVEST with BAFA
Companisto provides the information required for the application. Important: the application must be submitted to BAFA before signing the investment documents and before payment of the investment amount.

Invest and receive the grant
After completing the investment, you submit the required evidence to BAFA. If approved, 15% of the eligible investment amount is paid to you.

When can I use INVEST?
Companisto identifies suitable Angel Club investments and provides the information required for the INVEST application.
The most important requirements:
Minimum investment of €10,000
Newly issued shares in an eligible company
In principle, no existing participation by the investor in the company
Minimum holding period of three years
BAFA application before completion of the investment
Natural person with primary residence in the EEA or, under certain conditions, investment through an investment GmbH or UG
INVEST can also pay off at exit
If you received an acquisition grant for your investment and later sell the shares at a profit, you may under certain conditions receive an additional exit grant equal to 25% of the capital gain.

The exit grant is limited to the amount of the acquisition grant previously awarded.
