How does participation in sendance work?

Your participation in sendance is structured as an equity investment. You become a shareholder in sendance - similar to investing on the stock market, but in the pre-IPO phase. No subordinated loans, no reward-based crowdfunding campaigns, no pre-orders. In the event of success, you participate proportionally in the exit (company sale or IPO) or via dividend distributions. When do I receive a return from sendance?

A return from your sendance investment arises at exit (trade sale or IPO) or through dividend distributions - as a shareholder you participate directly in the company’s value.
