Dear Companists,
With the introduction of the Investment Club, we have made a significant strategic decision. We are taking a major development step from a platform that enables investors to invest online in start-ups to an active investor community.
The core of the Investment Club is a new communication network that we have connected to Companisto. Investors can set up profiles (similar to Xing and LinkedIn) and get to know their co-investors for the first time - and thus the people with whom they are investing in start-ups together. In addition to new possibilities for personal exchange, e.g. through the direct message feature, there are other innovations to discover.
All further information on our financing round has been compiled for you in our Pitch Deck. Details on the new features can be found in our founders letter.
On the occasion of this further development we are now conducting the second phase of our equity financing round. In the second phase, equity shares in Companisto can now be subscribed with amounts between EUR 1,000 and EUR 25,000.
