How does participation in iFactory3D work?

Your participation in iFactory3D is structured as an equity investment. You become a shareholder in iFactory3D - similar to investing on the stock market, but in the pre-IPO phase. No subordinated loans, no reward-based crowdfunding campaigns, no pre-orders. In the event of success, you participate proportionally in the exit (company sale or IPO) or via dividend distributions. Example: Companisten who invested in BigRep participated in its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on July 31, 2024 (ticker B1GR). The minimum investment in iFactory3D is €10,000 in the Business Angel Club (for direct investments in the form of shares or GmbH equity interests) or €250 for private investors via a pooling vehicle. When do I receive a return from iFactory3D?
