How does participation in SPREE Interactive work?

Your participation in SPREE Interactive is structured as an equity investment. You become a shareholder in SPREE Interactive - similar to investing on the stock market, but in the pre-IPO phase. No subordinated loans, no reward-based crowdfunding campaigns, no pre-orders. In the event of success, you participate proportionally in the exit (company sale or IPO) or via dividend distributions. What is the minimum investment in SPREE Interactive?

When do I receive a return from SPREE Interactive?

A return from your SPREE Interactive investment arises at exit (trade sale or IPO) or through dividend distributions - as a shareholder you participate directly in the company’s value. The timing of an exit is not guaranteed; typical holding periods for startup investments range between 5 and 10 years.
